# Como monitorar a saúde do seu número do WhatsApp

Seu número do WhatsApp tem uma classificação de qualidade atribuída pelo Meta. Se cair muito baixo, sua capacidade de envio de mensagens fica restrita.

1. No Meta Business Manager, acesse Ferramentas da Conta > Números de Telefone.
2. Verifique a classificação de qualidade ao lado do seu número: Alta, Média ou Baixa.
3. Se a classificação for Média ou Baixa, revise conversas recentes em busca de mensagens que levaram a bloqueios ou denúncias.
4. Reduza a frequência de mensagens de saída e melhore a relevância das mensagens para recuperar sua classificação.
5. Verifique os limites de mensagens do seu número. Eles aumentam automaticamente conforme a qualidade melhora.

Uma classificação de qualidade Baixa pode resultar na restrição do seu número para envio de mensagens. Monitore isso semanalmente, especialmente após executar campanhas de alto volume.
