# Cómo monitorear la salud de tu número de WhatsApp

Tu número de WhatsApp tiene una calificación de calidad asignada por Meta. Si cae demasiado, tu capacidad de envío de mensajes se restringe.

1. En Meta Business Manager, ve a Herramientas de la Cuenta > Números de Teléfono.
2. Verifica la calificación de calidad junto a tu número: Alta, Media o Baja.
3. Si la calificación es Media o Baja, revisa conversaciones recientes en busca de mensajes que llevaron a bloqueos o reportes.
4. Reduce la frecuencia de mensajes de salida y mejora la relevancia de los mensajes para recuperar tu calificación.
5. Verifica los límites de mensajes de tu número; estos aumentan automáticamente conforme mejora la calidad.

Una calificación de calidad Baja puede resultar en que tu número quede restringido para enviar mensajes. Monitorea esto semanalmente, especialmente después de ejecutar campañas de alto volumen.
